Playlist Multi-Save Privacy Policy

Effective August 17, 2026

Playlist Multi-Save keeps YouTube's native Save to playlist panel open while the user selects multiple playlists. This policy describes version 0.1.0.

Data processed

The extension runs only on https://www.youtube.com/*. It transiently observes click events and DOM element types inside the Save to playlist panel so it can distinguish playlist selections from unrelated YouTube controls.

The extension does not read playlist names, video titles, playlist contents, account identifiers, authentication data, or browsing history.

Storage and network requests

Playlist Multi-Save does not store data locally or remotely. It does not make network requests, provide an account, synchronize data, or send information to the developer or any third party.

Data use

The transient UI event and page-structure processing is used only to keep the native playlist panel open after a selection and let the user close it normally. The extension has no analytics, advertising, fingerprinting, remote configuration, or remotely hosted executable code. It does not sell or share data.

Retention and deletion

No extension data is retained. Removing the extension stops its content script from running on future YouTube pages.

Changes

If a future version changes data handling, this policy and the Chrome Web Store disclosures will be updated before that version is distributed.
